Last updated: February 28, 2026
These guidelines explain in plain language what kind of content belongs on Listry and what doesn't. For the full legal policy, see our Acceptable Use Policy.

Content That May Be Restricted
This content won't be removed, but may be labeled or hidden from browse/search recommendations:
- ~Graphic descriptions of violence (not glorifying it)
- ~Heavy profanity throughout a list
- ~Sensitive topics that some audiences may find distressing
Content That Will Be Removed
- ×Child exploitation material — any form, zero tolerance, reported to authorities
- ×Terrorism — promoting terrorist organizations or planning violence
- ×Non-consensual intimate imagery
- ×Credible threats of violence against specific people
- ×Illegal goods/services — drug markets, weapons trafficking, fraud
- ×Doxxing — publishing someone's private information without consent
- ×Malware and phishing links
- ×Spam and fake engagement
See Something? Report It
If you see content that violates these guidelines, use the Report button on any list, item, or comment. You can also email [email protected].
We review every report. A report is not an automatic removal — we evaluate each one on its merits. We'll never share your identity with the person you reported.
If your content was removed and you think it was a mistake, you can appeal the decision.
The Bottom Line
Listry is a place to organize and share knowledge. Make lists about what matters to you. Say what you think. We only step in when content is illegal, exploitative, or designed to cause real-world harm. If you're creating lists in good faith, you have nothing to worry about.
