1. Service Description

Listry is a community list platform operated by Suitethink Inc. ("Suitethink," "we," "us," or "our"). The platform allows users to discover, create, share, save, and organize curated lists on any topic. The service includes AI-powered features (the "Alyn" assistant), voice interaction capabilities, and collaborative tools. By accessing or using Listry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Eligibility & Account Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use Listry. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent enforcement actions, abuse platform features, or manipulate engagement metrics. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

Suitethink cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with account security obligations.

3. User-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you create and publish on Listry, including lists, items, comments, and profile information. By publishing content, you grant Suitethink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the operation, promotion, and improvement of the platform.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you create, publish, or share. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any applicable law or regulation, does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party, and complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.

No Endorsement: User-generated content does not reflect the views, opinions, or endorsement of Suitethink. We do not pre-screen content before publication, but we reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Content Moderation

Listry is a community-moderated platform. We rely on a combination of automated systems and community reporting to identify content that violates our policies.

Automated Detection: We use automated systems to scan content for certain categories of prohibited material, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), known terrorist propaganda, and malware. Content flagged by automated systems may be immediately removed and reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

Community Reporting: Users may report content they believe violates our policies. Reports are reviewed and acted upon in accordance with our enforcement procedures. We do not disclose the identity of reporters. Not all reports will result in content removal — reports are evaluated on their merits, and we do not automatically accept any report as valid.

Appeals: If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you may appeal the decision within 30 days. Appeals are reviewed by a different reviewer than the original decision-maker. Appeals for content involving CSAM, terrorism, or imminent violence are not available.

5. Saving, Editions & Sharing

When you save a published list, a private copy is created in your account. Your saved copy is linked to the original for attribution purposes. You may modify your saved copy freely. If you publish a modified version of a saved list, it becomes an "edition" of the original, visible on the original list's page.

Published lists are visible to all users. You may unpublish your lists at any time, but existing saved copies will remain as independent copies in users' accounts. Suitethink is not responsible for how users use or modify their copies of your lists.

6. AI Features & Third-Party Services

Listry includes AI-powered features ("Alyn") that may analyze your list content, suggest items, answer questions, and provide organizational assistance. AI features are provided by third-party AI service providers. Your interactions with AI features are processed by these providers subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We apply automated privacy-protection measures to scrub personally identifiable information (PII) from data before it is sent to AI providers. However, no automated system is perfect, and you should avoid including highly sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, government IDs, or medical records) in your AI interactions.

AI-generated suggestions, responses, and content are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Suitethink does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Subscription & Payment Terms

Listry offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

8. Affiliate Links & Product Lists

Certain lists on Listry are designated as "product lists" and may contain affiliate links to third-party retailers. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, Suitethink may earn a small commission. The price you pay is the same whether you use an affiliate link or visit the retailer directly.

Affiliate relationships do not influence which items appear on community-curated lists. User-generated lists are curated solely by their authors. AI-generated roundup lists are based on community consensus data, not affiliate availability or commission rates.

For full details, see our Affiliate Disclosure. Listry is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and Amazon.ca.

9. Intellectual Property

The Listry service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is the property of Suitethink. The Listry and Suitethink names, logos, and all related marks are trademarks of Suitethink. You may not use these without prior written permission.

DMCA / Copyright Claims: If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced on Listry in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a notice to our designated copyright agent at [email protected]. Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. We will respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law.

10. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the prohibitions in our Acceptable Use Policy, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use automated means to access the service beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without our written consent
• Use the service to collect or harvest personal information of other users

11. Disclaimers

LISTRY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. USER-GENERATED CONTENT DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OF SUITETHINK. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ACCURACY.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUITETHINK, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SUITETHINK DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Suitethink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

Suitethink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Listry at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice. For violations involving illegal content, terrorism, or threats of violence, termination may be immediate and permanent.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will delete your private data within 30 days of account deletion, subject to legal retention requirements. Published content that has been saved by other users may remain as independent copies.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, by email notification to registered users at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Listry after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service and delete your account.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
